Being an avid reader, I have only one time started a book that I could not finish. I have read books that were rather boring and long, but since I started them, I was determined to finish them. I am the type of person that needs to know how it ends, whether it interests me or not. Unfortunately, I attempted to read a book I had purchased for my oldest daughter. I believe she read it, but I could not get past two chapters. It was hard to read, confusing, and boring. Does it make it a bad book? No. It just wasn’t something that I could finish because it was difficult for me to read. The book is “Wicked, Witch and Curse”, by authors Nancy holder and Debbie Viguie. Has anyone read this book, and did you like it? I am curious if I would have liked it if I had given it more of my time.
What a fabulous first article for a blog about reading! The book I absolutely could not finish was Oliver Twist – tried and tried and then put it away.
Thank you for stopping by and for confessing that you are thinking about an MBA. Just to warn you, there is very little time to read anything worthwhile (i.e. fiction). In addition, the literary value of MBA textbooks is more than doubtful…

(Sorry for the self-promotion, but I thought you would appreciate that one).
