…so I am literally contemplating getting rid of my queen size bed, and putting a twin bed in my walk in closet. Benny and I will fit, and I will have more room for books.
This is Benny:
So I would have room for my electric fireplace, a chaise lounge, and more bookcases.
My problem right now, is I am doing this:
You’ve got to have book space, even if it means a smaller bed!
I definitely agree!
I just got new bookshelves last month because I was having this problem. I actually got rid of a bunch of books that I either didn’t care for or knew I was never going to read. It freed up a lot of space…but then I bought a ton of new books. I feel your pain!
Twenty years ago I asked my boyfriend to build me some bookshelves. He did such a good job I decided to marry him. Problem solved 😉
Awesome! Thanks for taking the time to share!

Great ideas Alison! I am a terrible procrastinator; I think I forgot to mention that 🙂 Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts!
I agree that you always need more book space. Even if it means getting a smaller bed and sacrificing a little comfort. But another key to it is organization. You should find a way to put some sort of order to your books that fits you. It will give you a little extra space and make you feel so much better!
Thanks for stopping by! Making room for books is a life-long project with me😀
