I was able to make my yearly trek to West Michigan’s hidden park with the most beautiful Autumn colors!
My Autumn Book box is now on sale for $20.00 for the next two days! I need to make room for my Christmas supplies, and want to get these moving! There are things to read, eat, drink, and wear, as well as a couple other handmade gifts!
Thanks for taking the time to look! Autumn Book Box!
The cozy-mystery paperback I’ve included in my Autumn book box is “The Turkey Day Murder” by Leslie Meier.
This is book #7 in the Lucy Stone mysteries, but is also a stand-alone book. So never fear, if you haven’t read any of the other books in this series, you will not be lost or confused! I have read several of the books in this series, and none of them in order 🙂 Each was a great read, and I was not questioning what I may have missed from a previous book that seems tied to the one I was reading.
This is just one of several fantastic items included! Everything is wrapped and packaged for a gift recipient, or you can indulge in this book box for yourself as we all get prepared for the upcoming Holiday Seasons!

…had to two-trail it to get these pictures, but it was worth it!
…Has now become my Autumn book box!
I did not know planning a wedding would take up so much of my time! Especially when my daughter and son-in-law did the majority of the work 🙂
I do not want to rush putting the boxes together so I can ship them out this week and have them received well before Halloween. I have a bit of tweaking to do and want to add a couple other items. I do not see any reason why they will not be shipping before the end of October, and they will still be filled with Fall goodies!
I am so glad now that I did not buy Halloween-specific books, and focused on mystery books instead!
And I don’t know what the weather is like where you are, but here in West Michigan, it is sunny and mid-seventies all week. Which does not make me a happy girl…I am ready for 50 degree days, scarves, and crisp air!
…or raising girls, or working, or homeschooling, or making bookish gifts for my Etsy store, or trying to squeeze in time with my amazing boyfriend, or going to college… I take pictures! I love nothing more than getting in my car before the sun rises, and getting pictures. I love nature, flowers, plants, wildlife, and macro pictures are my favorite!
But Autumn in West Michigan is definitely my favorite time of year!
I have many things to add, and many projects in the works. But with the help of a WordPress technician, my store finally shows up! Top of my page, click on “store”.
I am currently working on some amazing pine book boxes, painting book covers, and spines, of some classic novels. I am also painting book covers on canvas, 11×14 to start, until I get a good idea of what everyone is interested in buying.
I am homeschooling a 10th grader, have another going to public school in 7th grade, and another MBA class starting for me on September 22. I am editing a fantastic book that I cannot wait to introduce to the masses, and still reading for enjoyment to post some book reviews. Oh, and I work about 45-50 hours a week; did I forget to mention that?
I have the most understanding boyfriend ever, because my life is just crazy busy, and he accepts it! I am looking forward to Autumn, the most awesome time of the year! I will be holding a raffle for a couple of book bags with a great Halloween story, mug, hot cocoa or tea, and a smelly pumpkin type candle. Stay tuned!
Thank you for your support, your kind words, and your amazing stories!
